The owners require a $500 bond and credit card details as a holiday bond and for any damage to the premises.

• No more than 8 people on the site at any one time.  No gatherings.  No parties.
• Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.
