“We would like to take this opportunity to comment on Matt Day’s excellent performance as our property manager over the past 7 years. He has always proven himself more than capable of handling the numerous problems that arise with our unit. He often goes above and beyond what is expected, a good example of this being when we needed to renovate our unit we contacted him and he was at our unit within the hour. He recommended several contractors and had them arrive that same day. As we are absentee landlords, Matt went out of his way to assist, even liaising directly with contractors to ensure all works were completed within the time frame provided. We would have been unable to even attempt such a large scale renovation without his considerable support and expertise. We admit to being fussy owners but Matt has always been happy to listen to our concerns and never failed to act on them accordingly.
